Wow!  I always wondered what they were.  I knew there was a great deal of chemicals and chemistry involved  but a total fake out?  Really?  Are food manufacturers really that sneaky and greedy?  Does a bear blah blah blah…..you get my point.
Navigating what’s ok to eat and what’s not is becoming an even more treacherous a journey.  But I have total faith in you.  We are all equipped with pretty good instincts and common sense.  If you wonder “how did they do that” and your head tips slightly to the left, like a dog hearing a high pitched sound, well you probably shouldn't  put it  in your mouth. 
Example, mmmmm  That chicken wing is really big and meaty, how did they do that?  See you already know growth hormones are not right, in fact some studies are now showing they are toxic.
 Example  #2,  mmmmm  ”cheese” made with-out dairy, mmmmm.  See you already know soy cheese is strange and  studies now suggest non-organic, GMO/GE soy is toxic and wreaks havoc with your hormones.
You all are already so smart; you are smarter than blueberry.  :)
